Our Philosophy

Peyote restaurant brings the vibrant spirit of modern Mexico with its contemporary and refined take on Mexican food, music and drink.  Peyote is a seductive, hedonistic journey into modern Mexican culture.

Drinks & Music

Music has always been an important part of Mexican culture and today a new breed of DJs have created a thriving club scene. Peyote’s music borrows from all genres, with both DJs and live bands playing every night. Our bar team will testify that Mexico is more than just Tequila. Mexico is home to a mystical range of drinks, some dating back to Aztec times…some with hallucinogenic properties.

Food

The menu is created by Eduardo Garcia the acclaimed chef of Máximo Bistrot in Mexico City, voted in the top 50 best restaurants in Latin America. Using the best seasonal produce, Peyote’s food is beautifully crafted and strikes a delicate balance between the contemporary and classic. From the familiar small plates of tacos, tostadas, quesadilla and delicate ceviche to more unusual dishes such as cactus salad.
